Mr. Van Zanen is a litigation attorney with the law firm of Ridenour, Hienton & Lewis, PLLC. His practice involves primarily complex commercial matters typically concerning real estate, securities, director and officer liability, employment matters, commercial torts, and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Van Zanen’s experience includes representing business entities, municipalities and individuals in state and federal court, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Van Zanen was a senior consultant in the Maricopa County Office of Management and Budget. He received his B.S., M.P.A. and J.D. from Arizona State University, and previously served on the Maricopa County Board of Health.
