Here you will find instructions for how to file a complaint, information regarding the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants’ investigation and adjudication process, and answers to frequently asked questions for complainants.

Licensees will find information detailing the reporting of criminal charges, including misdemeanor state violations reportable under ARS 32-3208 and a list of moral turpitude offenses.

Licensees can also find information regarding the Physician Health Program (PHP) and Compliance, as well as answers to frequently asked questions for licensees under investigation.
